TERMS OF SALE
PRICE CHANGES AND MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum ONLINE order is $50.00.
All prices are subject to change without notice; therefore, verify price when ordering. Additional freight charges may apply to shipping charges.
For your ordering convenience we accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
RETURNED GOODS & RESTOCKING:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment. All orders require a return authorization number issued by WMS. A 25% restocking fee and freight charges will apply.
All product returns are subject to inspection before credit issuance. A higher fee may be charged on products where the supplier-restocking fee is greater.
Custom Order Policy:
WMS will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom orders. These orders cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.
Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.
If merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the common carrier under the carrier’s regulations. Replacement of the damaged equipment should be requested by purchase order in the normal manner.
All sales are subject to Washington state taxes if applicable. There are certain items that WMS does not manufacture or warehouse. As a direct representative of some suppliers, we have chosen to save our customer’s freight costs by sending certain products directly to them via our suppliers. Periodically this results in an added fee to cover the state sales tax requirement if the drop ship origin is in the same state as the destination. As with all required taxes, this charge will be passed onto our customers as: “state tax reimbursement” to WMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if, and comply with, any USE TAX that still might be owed to their state for items purchased from WMS Aquatics.
