Price Changes and Minimum Orders

  • All prices are subject to change without notice, verify price when ordering.

  • We accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA.

Returns

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment. All orders require a return authorization number issued by WMS. A 25% restocking fee and freight charges will apply.
  • All product returns are subject to inspection before credit issuance. A higher fee may be charged on products where the supplier-restocking fee is greater

    Custom Orders

    WMS will require a non-refundable deposit for all custom orders. Amounts vary per estimate, contact your sales associate to determine amount. These orders cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.

    Shipping

      • Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.
      • If merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the common carrier under the carrier’s regulations. Replacement of the damaged equipment should be requested by purchase order in the normal manner.

        Taxes

        All sales are subject to state taxes if applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if, and comply with, any use tax that still might be owed to their state for items purchased from WMS Aquatics.
